FAQ's:

1) I don't drive, is there any way of visiting you by transit?
There is a bus that runs between Kitchener/Waterloo and Listowel however the times are rather inconvenient. We recommend getting a group of people together to car pool and then you can share your project ideas on the way down and discuss your great purchases on the way home!

2) How do I find out if you have the style/colour of yarn that I'm looking for?
If you are looking for something specific, you can contact the store directly via telephone (519.291.3951) or e-mail, and someone will be able to help you.

3) How do I locate the nearest Knitting Guild?
The best way to find or start a new Knitting Guild in your area is to log on to:
In Canada:

www.canknit.com/guilds.html (Canadian Knitwear Designers and Artisans)

In the United States:
www.tkga.com (Knitting Guild Association)
www.crochet.org (Crochet Guild Association)
If you can't find a guild close by, you can start your own and post it on any of these web sites to recruit members.

4) Do you offer pre-arranged private/group lessons?

6) I have a pattern that calls for a discontinued yarn... how do I find a suitable yarn?
We know that there are many discontinued yarns and patterns, we can help. Email or drop in and we'll find a yarn with the right gauge to use with your pattern... or... we may even be able to locate a discontinued yarn to match!
